Last Minute Meeting Room

Do you want to hold a meeting at the last moment? We offer you and a maximum of 11 guests the opportunity to use one of our meeting rooms for only € 197.50. This room can only be booked on the day.

This special “last minute arrangement” includes the following:

• The room is at your disposal for 2 hours. If you need the room for longer, our normal rates will apply.
• A coffee and tea arrangement: unlimited coffee, tea, mineral water, sweets and biscuits. All guests can also make use of our coffee bar, free of charge.

Photocopying, fax and telephone

The receptionist is pleased to be of service if you wish to photocopy or fax documents. Or if you want to make a telephone call from the room on an outside line. 

ADSL connection and Wifi

All meeting rooms are equipped with ADSL and Wifi. If you wish to use ADSL, please indicate this with your booking. There are no costs attached to this service.
